手抓饼的做法 / How to Make Chinese Pancake
材料:
1) 2 杯普通面粉
2) ¾ 杯水
3) ½ 小匙盐
4) ¼ 小匙胡椒粉
5) ½ 大匙橄榄油
6) 2 大匙菜籽油
作法:
1. 将面粉和水搅和并揉搓至一个光滑的面团,盖上面团,醒面 1 - 2 小时。
2. 再揉面团, 并将面团擀开成一张薄的长方形面皮,将面皮切成若于细条。
3. 用二,三细条卷成一个小厚饼,总共可做五,六个小厚饼
4. 再将每个小厚饼干成簿饼。这时我们生坯饼就全部准备好了。
5. 煎锅加热加油,将生饼挨个放入锅中,加上盖,煎至金黄色时,反面,重复上述煎法,第二面金黄色时即可。你可用手撕着吃

Ingredients:
1) 2 C all purpose floor
2) ¾ C water
3) ½ t salt
4) ¼ t back pepper
5) ½ T olive oil
6) 2 T canola oil
Directions:
1. Place floor and water in a container, and mix them well, Knead the dough into a smooth ball. Cover the dough, and set the dough for 1-2 hours
2. Knead the dough again until it forms a long and smooth sticker, and roll the dough out into a thin and flat sheet.

4. Cut the dough sheet to many long strips
5. Take 3 – 4 strips, and roll into a small flat shape ball, and you should have total 5 – 6 small flat shape balls
6. Roll each flat shape ball to a thin flat pancake
7. Heat fly pan, add 1 table spoon canola oil, and place the raw pancake into the fly pan, add cover, cook for few minutes until the bottom side is light golden, turn around, and repeat above cooking, until the bottom side turn light golden. You may need to cook two batches.
